He possesses deep expertise in family business advisory, leadership, strategy, and financial planning, making him a highly qualified strategist, consultant, coach, and mentor. Recognized internationally, Mohar was affiliated with the Family Firm Institute (USA and Asian Circle) and the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.

He holds a Ph.D. in Management, along with credentials such as the Malaysian Institute of Management - Certified Professional Intellectual Property Manager (MIM-CPIPM), a Certificate in Family Wealth Advising (CFWA) from the Family Firm Institute, USA, and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

His achievements include winning the Ministry of Education Entrepreneurial Awards (MEA) 2018 for Outstanding Entrepreneurship Mentor, serving as an external consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), and training over 2,000 entrepreneurs across multiple sectors.
